Typical itinerary
Day 1 - Arrival at the hotel, check in. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 2 - After breakfast transfer to the school for the class. "STARTERS FROM THE SEA AND
GARDEN" will be the topic of today cooking session focused on dishes prepared with fish and vegetable from
the garden. (On request, to be made in advance, the topic of the day can be any other dish like Gnocchi with
tomato sauce and mozzarella, fried ricotta cheese, vegetarian dishes, or any other recipe of your choice).
Dinner at the typical Neapolitan Pizzeria with pizza making demonstration, transportation
will be provided.
Day 3 - After breakfast transfer to the cooking school for the second session.
Today cooking class topic will be "DISHES FROM THE GARDEN" focused on fresh ingredients from the
garden. Lunch will follow the class. Free afternoon and evening.
Day 4 - After breakfast transfer to the school for the class. "DISHES FROM THE SEA" will be the
topic of today cooking session focused on dishes prepared with fish. (On request, to be made in advance, the
topic of the day can be any other dish like Gnocchi with tomato sauce and mozzarella, fried ricotta
cheese, vegetarian dishes, or any other recipe of your choice). Free afternoon. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 5 - Breakfast and short travel to Gragnano, Pasta capital of the world.
Visit of a pasta factory then continue into Pompeii for lunch at famous restaurant Il Principe
before a guided visit of the excavations. Return to the hotel free evening.
Day 6 -After breakfast a short ride on the famous Amalfi Drive will take participants to
Furore a fishing fairy-tale village for a visit of Grand Furore wine cellar and tasting
of the same name wine. Lunch today will be at Bacco restaurant. Continue to Amalfi for a
pastry cooking demonstration by the well known local pastry chef Salvatore De Riso. Free time in
Amalfi before the return to hotel. Rest of the evening free.
Day 7 -Last day and last cooking session after the breakfast. Topic of the day will be
SECOND COURSE DISHES. Lunch will follow the cooking class. Farewell dinner and graduation ceremony at
the hotel will top your cooking week on the Amalfi Coast.
Day 8 - Breakfast and departure for your next destination
