Sicily is the largest of the Mediterranean islands and is noted for its wonderful year-round pleasant climate. It offers travelers a delightful menu of places and experiences including art, architecture, cuisine, and time-honored traditions. The coastal regions are lush with vegetation - orange and lemon trees, olive groves, vineyards. Inland areas are rocky and uninhabited but open for exploration. Areas to be visited range from sleepy fishing villages to stunning ancient capitals to architectural and artistic gems. More of ancient Greece survives today in Sicily than in all of Greece.

This tour departs from Palermo on the Western coast and visits all the major cities of the island. The goal is to introduce you to the history, art, food and wine of the island as you travel comfortably in an air-conditioned deluxe motor coach.
