Exclusive class with a Master Chef

This class has been designed for those that would specialize in pastry-making. Classes are given in a professional restaurant kitchen by a well-respected teacher and integrated with field trips to local pastry shops.
In two classes you will learn how to make the legendary “tiramisú,” “profiteroles with lemon cream” that despite his name is a pure Italian dessert, “torta bocchino” and “torta al limone” two specialties of the Amalfi Coast culinary tradition.
