Day 1 - Arrival day
Afternoon arrival at hotel Villa Belvedere, check in, welcome drink time to relax.
Dinner tonight will feature a menu-introduction to the food and wines of Tuscany. Daniele, restaurant chef and villa owner will help travelers to pick the right wines for the evening menu.

Day 2 - Colle Val d'Elsa
In the morning, short travel to the small town of Colle Val d'Elsa to visit one of local factories specialized in the production of crystal. Colle Val d'Elsa is one of the best kept hill towns of Tuscany, and one of the least known. Those who will be there on Friday will have the added bonus of visiting the oldest outdoor market of the entire region. Also, as mentioned, the area is famous for the production of crystal that many believe is of better quality than Bohemias produced glass. Several small artisan-artists produce outstanding unique pieces like light fixtures, wine glasses; bowls of any shape and for every purpose. In the afternoon a winery visit with tasting is scheduled for you to experience, first hand, and right in the cellar where they are produced, some of the best Super Tuscan wines. Return to Villa Belvedere to relax before dinner.

Day 3 - Cooking class
Cooking class with Daniele, chef-owner of the Villa Belvedere restaurant. Daniele is a fun person with a broad international cooking experience. After graduating from the culinary school he traveled all over Europe working in several well-known restaurants. Daniele, also, speaks French, German and English fluently. He will introduce participants to the Tuscany cooking with the preparation of some traditional dishes and the participants hands-on. To each participant will be given a booklet with a collection of the most popular Tuscan dishes that every one, once back home, will be able to prepare easily and quickly. Lunch will be following the cooking session.

Day 4 - Departure day
End of tour. After breakfast departure for your next destination.
