CHEF FOR A DAY with chef Elisabetta Martelli

Suggested program:
Elisabetta Martelli is a well-know professional chef and cooking teacher. Beside the school Elisabetta is Executive Chef of a well-known restaurant in Parma.
She will take participants to a shopping session through Bologna medieval market and the outdor market and teach thetm how to shop for the best and freshest ingredients. Back at school participants will get their hands greasy and work with the chef preparing some of very popular "bolognese" recipes. Lunch will follow and break the day. After lunch the second cooking session will start. Participants cna choose wha to prepare among some of most traditional local recepis. Dinner will top the evening.
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
• 3 hours hands-on cooking class in the morning.
• Lunch to taste the prepared recepis.
• Local matching wines with the meals.
• Afternoon cooking class.
• Transfer to/from the cooking school.
