TUSCAN COOKING - Florence
Small group classes for food and wine lovers in an old Renaissance palazzo in the heart of Florence. This experience allows visitors to discover the real Tuscan and Florentine culture through its celebrated food & wine traditions.
An English spaking assistant will take you to a picturesque corner of the historical centre through a pleasant walk. You will have a different and involving experience combining food, art and culture. In an well-equipped kitchen of a characteristic Florentine home. With the guide a professional Chef you will be taught how to prepare a full typical Tuscan menu and to match it with wines in about two hour and half time. The course is followed by dinner with the dishes prepared by the class participants they will be served accompanied by matching wines.
