SINGLE DAY COOKING IN FLORENCE
A unique, fascinating experience which involves food, art and culture
guided by a professionla Chef in a well equipped kitchen of a Renaissance palace in the
heart of the city.
During the class, you will learn historical news and anecdotes about the
origin of the dishes, you will learn how to cook a full typical
Florentine menu and how to match the best Super-Tuscan
wines with the various dishes. After the class participants will have chance to taste the
prepared dishes and dine.
Classes are available Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 5:00PM
