This beautiful villa is located in Frascati, 30 kilometers from Rome, on the Colline Romane district. It enjoys a marvellous view of Rome, in a quite area surrounded by an old, well-kept park. The hotel is only 20 minutes from Rome city centre and is an ideal alternative to the busy hotels in Rome for relaxing or business meetings.
The villa was built in 1564 by Cardinal Rufini on the ruins of it is supposed to be Marco Tullio Cicerone's home. Over the centuries the villa belonged to some of the most well known roman families such as Aldobrandini, Lancellotti, Sforza, Savoia, Borbone and Bonaparte.
In 18th century, the famous architect Luigi Vanvitelli restored the villa. Today the villa has been transformed into a precious hotel surrounded by a wonderful landscape.
Grand Hotel Villa Tuscolana enjoys a large and well equipped conference centre with 7 modern meeting rooms that can accommodate meetings from 20 to 250 persons and up to 500 persons using the videoconference system.
All the meetings rooms can be used for workshops and seminars but also business luncheons and gala dinners.
