SEGESTA - ERICE - TRAPANI Sunday departures from Palermo at approx 08.00AM
Return to Palermo at approx 05.00PM Start the day in Segesta (about a 45 minutes drive from
Palermo). Here you will marvel at its Doric Temple which dates back to the 5th
century B.C. Continue on to Erice to visit this middle-age town situated about 800
meters above sea level. Take a tour to discover its unique historical center. Continue on to
Trapani famous for its salt lakes and fishing industry. Return to Palermo.

CATANIA - ETNA - TAORMINA
Tuesday departures from Palermo at approx 07.00AM Return to Palermo at approx 09.00PM
This tour follows the Palermo-Catania motorway, as far as the exit for Gerbini.
Along the drive pass the Etna villages of Santa Venerina and Zafferana Etnea to a height
of about 6.175 feet. Stop to visit the Silvestri Craters. Individuals may choose to
ascend by cable car and 4-wheel drive cars to the the central crater (optional - addtional fee paid
on-site. Continue on to Taormina to visit the Greek-Roman
Anpheatheater. There will be free time for shopping before returning to Palermo.

AGRIGENTO - PIAZZA ARMERINA - VILLA ROMANA DEL CASALE Thursday departures from
Palermo at approx 7.30AM Return to Palermo at approx 8.00PM This tour takes you to Piazza
Armerina to visit the Roman "Villa del Casale" with its 3.500 square meters of
beautifully preserved mosaics. Continue on to Agrigento's Valley of the Temples.
The visit includes: the Temple of Juno, Concord, Heracles, Olympia-Zeus, Castor and
Pollux. Here marvel over the numerous temple remains, from ancient Greek civilizations,
before returning to Palermo.

PALERMO - IL CAPO MARKET- CATACOMBS - MONDELLO Friday and Saturday afternoon
departures at approx 2.30PM Return at approx 6.00PM Begin this tour with a visit to the
world famous Capuchin monks Catacombs. Proceed to the famous outdoor market of "Il
Capo" with its colorful and lively atmosphere. Continue to the craftsmen village to discover many
items crafted in the region (ceramics, wood, food, clothes). There will be an opportunity to
do a wine and a food tasting. Proceed to Mondello, the most famous beach in this area. Enjoy
free time to walk along the fishing village. Return to Palermo.

departures from Palermo at approx 8:00AM Return to Palermo at approx 17:30PM
Set off for Geraci located in the Madonie Mountain Range to explore this
perfectly preserved medieval village. Enjoy a simulated re-inactment of hunting aided by
hawks. Taste the distinct Elisir della Fontana. Depart for Cefalú, a lovely
fishing village, now resort center widely known for its beautiful Norman cathedral. Free time for
visiting the historical center, shopping and other activites before returning to Palermo.
